NOTES and DISCOUNTS

- It’s compulsory a deposit that you have to give us at the moment of the reservation (20% on the total of the rent lease).
- Festival days encompass the month of JULY and AUGUST.
- If you book a stay of two weeks, you’ll receive a discount of 5% over the total price.
- If you book a stay of a month, you’ll receive a discount of 10% over the total price.
- Prices include light and gas costs.
- Excluded costs for the light use and for the ending housekeeping (25€).
- The check-in is carried out at 03:00 PM.
- The check-out must be carried out within 11:00 AM (exception for requirements that you have to communicate).
- Villa Megna give you the opportunity to leave under our care yours luggage FREE until the time of your departure..
